Trying to run a casino software program on Windows 98 i get the following error message any ideas?

All those letters/numbers are simply register & memory addresses which mean something to only the most highly technical nerds. Your driver may be corrupted; forts thing I'd try is a reinstall.

Uninstall and re-install the casino software.
