Can I make a copy of my windows 95 to a disk set? How?

Make a copy of your cd? Only if you have a 2.88M floppy drive and about 13+ 2.0MB floppy disks.

You can do it on a regular drive. You have to format floppies to DMF (1.68MB format, there are shareware utilites online that do this) and copy the cab files. Windows Setup includes DMF 1.68 Disk support. Once Disk 1 is run, setup can read DMF Disks. Best and easiest DMF Formater & Copier is WinImage from www.winimage.com.
