Hello,

Making another copy of Windows 95 without permission from the manufacturer is illegal.

However, you can convert Windows 95 into a set of floppy disks. For this you will need to first copy the whole CD on to your hard drive and then start copying the files into floppy disks. The files with extension .cab are pretty huge and are already zipped. You will need to archive these files into floppy disks.
You now have a floppy version of Windows 95.

NOTE: I would like to make a strong point that you take permission of the manufacturer before trying this out.
