If you saved the contents of your mail folder for outlook express you can just dump that back into the same folder. What exactly did you save and what are you trying to import?

Sure, go to File>Import Messages..., choose Outlook Express 4 or 5, click on OE store directory.

If you saved your .dbx files they will overwrite and restore In Box / Out Box etc complete with messages as before.

I am not sure about that, normally that is correct, but I am having a similar problem....I saved the Mail folder from Outlook ? and it has all the dbx and mbx file extensions, but OE5 will not pick them up, it still says inbox 0...and yes, I did change the folder name to Outlook Express

thanks
