Whever I open my HP 315 Photosmart Digital Camera my computer shuts down. (I've repoted this problem before on this site and so far have been unable to fix problem.)
When going to the System Information part of WIN98SE and then going to the Automatic Skip Driver Agent I get the following message:
"Windows encountered a problem while attempting to start your:
HPIDISK\HPI_MPDO000\USB&VID_03F0&PID_6102&INST_0The reference for this problem is:
HPIDISK\HPI_MPDO000\USB&VID_03F0&PID_6102&INST_0Try upgrading drivers for this device or changing resources the device is using."
Upgrading the drivers did not fix the problem. I'm not sure what changing the resources means or how to do that.
Any suggestions on how to change resources are welcome.
