Hi, Ken.

I just now had the chance to look at your post. It sounds like you are having Internet Explorer problems, too. See the other posts after yours. You probably need to do the Repair IE task. Meanwhile, to hget out of it, hit your Control/Alt Del sequence and you should be able to exit from what ever program is hanging or Not Responding. Then, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to Microsoft Internet Explorer, and click it to highlight it. Then, click the button below that says Add/Remove. This will bring up a box where you can either Repair IE or Remove it. Select Repair and let it run.

I don't which version you have. If this doesn't fix it, then you may have to remove it and reinstall it. I would get a copy of the latest version ahead of time, so you will have it to reinstall.

Good luck. I hope this helps you.

Thanks for the quick help! I'll give your advice a try and let you know how it goes. p.s. it's IE-6 and I have an extra copy.
Thanks again!
