The screenshots at that page show the graphs but I never use those. I just right click on the system tray icon and select Totals to view them.

I once was running Zone Alarm and since uninstalled it. However I got spoiled having the internet activity monitor in the system tray that ZA provided and missed having it afterwards.
That is how I came to find NetMeter. The monitor was not as nice as ZA's but it shows the activity. I am on a cable connection.
