Browser Hijack

My homepage keeps getting reset with "luckysearch" or globefinder. The speed on my download is a lot slower. I have run HijackThis here are the results, please help.

http://acc.count-all.com/--/?pgdoc thats the lucky page. i think you should either get rid of all the ones that say that or change them all or something as i am not an expert but i am pretty sure thats whats causing it.

Ran the CWShredder and problem with Explorer has gone away. I was also having some problems when I went to shut down, certain programs would come up in the task manager as ("not responding") specifically "imgicon", "adusermon", and "acrotray"; will the CWShredder program clear this problem also? I have not seen this problem again yet, but previously it was intermittent. Thanks A lot
