Hi, I have BT Yahoo broadband 1MB. First of all it works without me even signing in, which I think is weird. However the main problem is that it works fine for a few mins then stops working (the connection seems to go), then will start working again a few mins later.
By not working, I mean it won't load any webpage at all.

I'll assume that your broadband is ADSL.
Your modem remembers your logon details and tries to maintain the connection at all times.
Your problems might simply be internet lag. This is where there is so much traffic on the net that you simply can't get through. It might also be a problem with your modem or phone line. Have a look at your modem when this happens. Is the ADSL light a steady green one?

Yes its ADSL. It can't be Internet lag because it happens every few mins, every day!
On my modem there is a DSL light and USB light (I have it connected via USB) and power light. When the Internet is working the USB light flashes. When it isn't, it doesn't flash.
