I keep having to reconnect to Tiscali Broadband, which was recently intalled.
Any thoughts on what to check?
The ISP site says service status is ok.

Hi. (Been with them for some time now... (starting with screaming.net..) looks OK).
Try to go to Con. Panel, Internet options, connections, settings, advanced and change some options....
(This is probabley not a good fix...)

Yes it is - ensure "disconnect if idle" and "disconnect when connection may..." are NOT checked on Advanced Dialup for the Tiscali connection.

Tiscali performance and service depends more on WHERE you are than anything else.
