I have a Toshiba laptop that runs Windows 98 second edition. I would like for the screen to be a little brighter being that I'm old and can't see very well. There used to be a program called "Colap" for DOS that would fix this problem. Is there a similar program for Windows or is there any other way I can get a brighter screen on my laptop?

Typically there is "FN" function key somewhere on the keyboard that if you hold this down while pressing another key (looks like the sun or moon or something similar) this will decrease or increase your brightness on the screen depending on which button (sun or moon or other) you push.
