I have missing mssp.vxd error secreen in Windows 98 Se bootup screen.
Could you send me the missing file and tell me how to apply it from there.

If it's just that single file you can run SFC and choose to extract a file. Extract it from the WIN98 folder on your 98 cd and put it in your c:\windows\system folder.
