That presumes you have a network card and are attached to a Banyan Vines network. If it is an old machine that is not on a network, that line could be edited out by putting a semicolon ; in front of the line referring to it in SYSTEM.INI . If you do need it to attach to a Banyan Vines network, check http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q123/8/77.asp

Summary: Hello... I was trying to get my brother's computer onto a network with me. I think I tried to network a drive, maybe z:... anyway, now when I boot up I get the following error: "Cannot find a device...
