I have a packard bell. win 95. when i try to start the computer it states "insert bootable media"

I insert the recovery disk in the "a" drive.

The computer then says" OS is loading" or it says non system disk.

How can I save this computer.

To boot from the floppy, you must make it first in the boot priority. Enter the 'Setup' routine during a bootup to do this.
