Blue Screen - Fatal Error - Win98

Lately, in the middle of working in programs on my pc (Outlook Express, IE, anything really) my computer will freeze up and give me a blue screen with this message:
Fatal Exception Error has ocurred 0028:C00069F8 in VxD VMM ()1) + 000059F8
called from 0028:C004BC8E in VXD VFAT (01)
Usually it will let me hit any key to keep working, but sometimes it just restarts on me.
I have a Dell PC with 128mb RAM running Win98. I haven't installed anything recently that would make this start doing this either.
