While using Microsoft chat I get blue screen message " A fatal exception 0D has occurred at 0246:14747 FB Application has been terminated " Please help Microsoft support has not been supportive

Unfortunatley your error message is Microsoft lingo for "you're screwed".
Use ICQ, its better....
