Ok I have confirmed that this is a heat problem with the CPU. Its an AMD K6-2 550. I would try to install Rain or Waterfall but I have no OS and can't get one in because of this heat problem. I am in the process of check the core voltage on the mobo. The book says it should be at 2.3.

All jumpers are set correctly but I still have this problem. If it over heated to the point that it had permanetly damaged the CPU would I get this error all the time now.
