Running Win98SE and Office 2000. When I was using Outlook Express 5.5 I was able to Block Sender in the email. Now I have switched over to Outlook. Can't find a Block Sender, only a way to color code any spam.
Does anyone know of a way to block like in Outlook Express.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

I use Letterbox ( freeware ) from ,
http://freewarehome.com/Internet/E-Mail/E-mail_Notification_t.html
Auto delete rules can be added , view emails on the server & delete
unwanted , then open up the the email client .
Any that I miss or not sure of , right clicking on the senders email
address , brings up block sender .
Set your message filter to only accept email that has your correct
name/addy in the 'TO:' line. You will be surprised at how much email
comes to you without your name or addy, in the 'TO' line. You can set
it to delete, or set it to automatically go into a folder, in your
Inbox, so you can check it.

Hi Dianne,
It is still there. Highlight the message that you wnt to block, and the go to the message tab at the top of the outlook page. Click it, and scroll down to block sender. Click it, and it will file the sender on the block sender list.
I hope it helps.
SEAN

Yeah I was going to ask this question too, but Sean I think you either misread Dianne's message or have mixed it up with Outlook Express because I see no Message tab in Microsoft Outlook. Just letting you know and is there any other way to block then to download a program.
Thanks

I would suggest Dianne and Jase to create an email 'Rule' or in other words a 'Filter'. For details please check out the following web page.

John, about 'LetterBox' freeware, they mentioned that it's only for NT. I am not sure as I didn't download it.
