I played with a few options in BIOS (overclocking and AGP things). And now the computer won't start. I tried the switching the cover over the pins by the motherboard battery and turning it on (computer didnt even start up) then i replaced it and it started up but i couldnt get any BIOS or monitor action. Please Help!!!

To clear the CMOS, perform the jumper move you described while the computer is unplugged. You don't power the machine with the jumpers in the clear position.

Yeah, as Othehill says, you don't power up the PC with the jumpers in the clear position. I now wonder if you have fried your BIOS chip. If you did fry it, that would explain why you're getting nothing at all now when you power up.

Try this,
Unplug the power cord. Remove everything from your mobo (processor, agp/vga card, pci(s) & ram) except the at/atx power connector.
Remove the battery. Plug in the power and start. Wait for 15 seconds. Unplug...
Put everything back one by one (battery 1st, then vga/agp , then processor, then ram, etc) and each and every time you add the device try to restart.
If your mobo is still usable this should solve the problem...
