err, not sure for an IBM but standard key is the delete button, also try pressing the F11 or F10 buttons.

Thanks Mesich F1 did the trick. In the BIOS setup the HDD is locked. I have the password but cannot unlock it. Any Ideas on how to eliminate the password please.
