Bios Problems HELP!

Everything was fine a few days ago, I tried install another 4.g HDD, Bios saw it but Windows did not recognize it. I shut down as normal and rebooted, now the problem. Now it comes up with the RAM a few lines then it stops. I can only get into setup by rebooting and pressing the DEL key repeatedly to get to setup fast enough. In setup my HDD are not there, the auto IDE is blank and does'nt attempt to find a HD. I have taken off the other HD 4.3g and tried to install the 10g manually, still nogo. I have verified jumpers, reseated cables, verified MB jumpers. What can I do next?
