Comment:

I have a winbook laptop, Don't ask me how, but I am getting a "CMOS Memory size wrong" message when I turn the power on. I tried to go into the BIOS setup, but when I do, it asks for a password. I took the onboard battery out, but it didn't reset the CMOS. Can anyone help?

You or a service technician will have to jumper the BIOS in order to clear the CMOS.
If you do not have an anti-virus, get one.
Certain ACMOS viruses are known to cause this type of hanky-panky.

Goto http://hackpalace.com/usa on top scroll button select cracking. Select bios password utilities and download rempass26.zip This removes all bios info without messing with comp insides. To put bios back simply use rempass /R
