BIOS password on HP laptop

I am working on an HP Pavilion Laptop - model #N3350 The owner has forgotten his password, so the system will not boot. Bootable BIOS floppies don't work - and have tried at least 50 or more passwords. System BIOS is as follows: Insyde Software BIOS version 28.02.05 and HP Pavilion BIO version DI.M1.12 - I need the backdoor password - I do NOT know how to take the laptop apart to get to the mainboard.

I do not know the back door secret you are looking for, but I do know a good hypno-therapist...maybe that will jog his memory!

Otherwise, have the BIOS replaced.

Get the owner to gather up the documents to prove it's his /hers ownership and call HP support.
Or are they 'lost' too?
