Do you get a chance to see the message to access the Bios like Press Del when the computer does the test called POST after power up?Can you boot with a boot disk?

The command for cleaning the boot sector is fdisk /mbr this will clean the master boot record You will most likly have to reformat and install Windoz from your cd.BACKUP first before doing anything.
The steps are:
backup data format c: fdisk /mbr set bios to boot from cdrom boot from windows cdrom setup windoz reinstall data(email add,Mydocs,favor) get drivers for sound card,video,network
