BIG Problem with IE5 and Netscape

Hi!
My problem is simple my browsers won't browse but outlook works fine.
1) It connect well but the browser seams to work by telling me that it find the web site but my browser take long time to browse the page and after 10 min i give up. even with a small site and connect with an other isp i try raparing IE5 but nothing i verify my parameters but looks ok i compare with an other pc and still the same problem i try re-installing win98 and still the same. Before i reformat my hard disk i would like your advise. 2) the problem appear i think after my friend delete files from c:\windows\temp is it that could cause it. Guy's i kneed your help please.

The windows temp file deletions probably did nothing to cause this.

Have you scanned for viruses, and SpyWare? your browser may be doing some browsing of it's own. reinstalling won't remove this inless you reformat first. But you shoould try to find out what happened so you could guard against it in the future.
