Hey i have a way for you guys to Bypass Bess

First of all you goto the website that is blocked, when it Bess says "cannot acces this site" highlight the URL (link) and change it to this:

https://"Your site goes here".com

example: https://hotmail.com

this works for most sights, enjoy!

If the admin's were smart enough to block HTTPS sites, check out www.sasic.org - there's a whole lot of bess bypass programs that might work.

how do we use the proxies above? do we put them into explorer or before the url? There was a site 1 year ago called safeweb.com it was a security portal, about a month ago there was another site that came out, privasec.com, it was the exact same and we could go to any site no matter what, bess found that too.

in Internet explorer, go to tools-internet options- and go into connections-LAN settings-use a proxy server- put 24.68.250.245 as the ip, and 9929 as the port... apply and save changes, and enjoy!
