I am putting together from spare parts a very slow computer for my young son. after installing all parts and trying to boot, I get a loud long beep followed by a short pause and this continues on. Motherboard is SMC and I have already tried several video cards, and am 100% certain that RAM sticks are good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
