Using a new cleaner program I lost all the address entries in OE5 . I can't find any *.wab file anywhere.

To prevent this in the future-

What is an easy or simple way to back-up all the addresses ?

Your advice is much appreciated . (Win98se)

I put a copy in MY DOCUMENTS. Also after looking at many of the questions here today, it seems nobody backs up their computers. It bailed my butt out many times. use the backup utility at least. (if you can't backup to CD or some other media) Most of the problems here could be solved if they backed up!

Calley, To back up your address book: Copy the .wab file in Outlook Express and paste it to a floppy. Test it to insure it reads from the floppy. Just in case anything happens to the floppy, print your address book and keep it in your files.
