netscape 7.0 no matter what site ect I am in back&forward buttons don't work at any time. refresh and stop do this is on going all the time must close window and start over if I need To go back or Forward

you have an IE repair tool that you can use or you might need to reinstall IE

Oh yes, Install IE right over NS. That will definately fix the NS problem.
