AVI file won't play. Can only hear audio

I downloaded a video from the internet and windows media player won't play it properly. I can only hear the audio. I tried several other video players, but the same thing happened with all of them.

Your file is probably encoded with Divx. You can download the codec at http://www.divx.com. That way, you can play the movie and see both the sound and the audio. That's all I can think of.
I think its because you the have the DIV3 update for all the players. Just search for it on internet and download it. You install the update and you shoul be able to play div3 movies
