CPU/Ram: 350mhz pentium 128mb

I installed R14 on my home computer. When I open AutoCad and choose a Templet or choose a sample drawing a FATAL ERROR comes up in a dialog box.This is what it says : All of the possible directories for storing temporary files either do not exist or are readonly.
