Comment:

I have some music audio files, some of them high volume some of normal volume some of them low volume. Is there is programe(free programe) available to sort it out by volume level.
Please give a detail.

Short answer .. Nope. Not even the bitrate sampling frequency can do this.

There are programs to `normalize' audio files. Do a search for `normalize' plus `audio' and you should be able to find some.

GoldWave will "equalize" volume to max without distorion. Probably not free but maybe there is something else out there.
