Audio Balance Mixed Up

-The Audio Balance seems to be working backwards.

Using a Sound Blaster PCI 128 Sound Card, Model# CT4700, if that info is needed.

-When the Volume Control Balance is turned to the left then the sound all goes to the right.

-When the Volume Control Balance is turned to the right then the sound all goes to the left.

I have tried wave files and cd audio files both with those same results.

Just a thought - why don't you just reverse the speakers? Put the one on the right on the left, and the one on the left on the right...

It ain't rocket science - but, I'm guessing you speakers are reversed.

well... I guess you people didn't think about how this won't work with headphones that are very uncomfortable when worn backwards... which is my case.. :(
