I have an athlon 650 with 128MB RAM, I am using the ATI rage128 AGP video card. Whenever I try to use the DVD player software that came with it (or any other DVD player) I receive the error message "Unable to locate Rage 128 IDCT Authentication driver" Then I get an illegal opperation and the dvd player program shuts down. I have the original driver cd that came with the video card. I have also downloaded the latest rage128 drivers and tried that. Everything else works fine, beautiful colors no other display problems, nothing, just cant play a DVD. Any ideas what is going on?

I found the solution at ATI's website after MUCH digging! Has to do with a file name change. In case anyone else has the same problem, answer is at http://support.ati.com/infobase/3480.html
