An ASPI Manager is a real mode device driver program supplied by the SCSI Host adapter manufacturer. in this case AHA 1510a scsi driver, iīm trying to install my cd-room drive for win 98, but the manufacturer (adaptec) donīt have a win 98 version.
The first time i download instructions to win 95, but the aspi2dos.sys canīt be installed, i donīt know why. this is the document where i read instructions: http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/driverdetail.html?sess=no&cat=/Product/AHA-1510A&filekey=win95mpd.exe

If that cdrom drive is not 'ancient', Win98 should have everything needed for the drive built in. I may be wrong but I 'think' Roxio/Adaptec software no longer uses ASPI.

I don't know if this might help you but I did a google search using AHA-1510A and came out with this link http://developer.novell.com/devres/sas/driver/ddrivers.htm#Adaptec. Scroll down the page until you find it. Good luck.
