Hello all:
I wanted to know if any one was using this board Aopen-AK73pro and if so what was their opinions of it?
One more question some of the new boards come with Raid is it worth the 20 to 40 buck to get it

I have done research on some motherboards and
I have always heard good things about aopen, abit, asus, dfi, soyo. Those are my top picks. I have used dfi, soyo and abit. My first abit, wich I have now is the bx133 with
raid technology. It is clearly the "best" mobo I have ever used. Stable as a rock. I have many friends that have bought amd cpu's and have experienced freaquent lock-ups. I highly recommend a P3 or P4. I have a socket 370 P3 1ghz. Overclocked to 1.28 currently. I'm monitoring to see how good it is doing (great so far for 3 weeks).

BEware of the AK73pro motherboard, it might have some probs with freezing well within operating status as well as it may claim that your "CPU might have a problem" weather equipped with the voice command,
even though you donīt have a problem with the CPU.
Iīm going to return my motherboard and claim warranty.
Also see the link attached to this comment for further reviews.

Beware!!
