My friend got this error when she was starting up her AOL 6.0 . Can you translate it and help us fix it?

I had the same thing this morning and I even posted here about it...Finally I got a hold of aol tech and the guy asked me if have previously downloaded AOL COACH which is a aol download to help you read a tutorial they have about computers..
I told him that I did download it and he told me to un-install it which I did and sure enough, it solved the problem...
