I have a 12-year old child (female) that frequently uses AOL Instant Messaging. We are concerned about her exposure to the wrong environment. Does anyone know how I can view the chat content offline that may be saved on the HD?

The best idea would probably be to get the free AIM+ add-on for AIM.

Among other nice features, it has an option for automatic logging of IMs and chats, which you'd be able to go back and view later.
