Comment:
A friend has AOL and in the last week, I have sent 5 files to her with two attachments on each one. The messages arrived but the attachments were missing. She is new to AOL and I don't have it so was wondering if there is a setting that is needed to correct this. Of course, it is almost impossible to get through to their tech support so am hoping you can help her. Thanks

Below her e-mail message window are two boxes one of which says Download Now and the other Download Later. To keep things simple tell her to click Download Now and then go to her AOL Download folder after she signs off AOL to open the attached file(s). Sounds like she could benefit from a tutorial such as AOL for Dummies or some such which would very likely shorten her learning curve by a good deal.
