I am using english windows. But i need a japanese program ugrently, too bad i cannot install it beause it cannot create file of japanese type if i use translator program. So anyway or programs can install japanese program in windows?

Do you have access to windows 2000? W2k is very much adaptable to other languages and fonts.

All you need to do is go to tools and then Windows Update. Check for updates in 98 and there will be a long list (under anything that you may need to critical, etc. update) giving you every language. Download Japanese and your set.
