hi there i live in the uk.yes you no what im going to ask you i no.password .yes i lost my password been on the phone to dell and thay will not give it to me well i under stand that .thay want me to send it to them for them to do and bill me for it .sorry not happy i spent £3000 on it i dont have no more mony.that said to for mat it so i did now i cant get into it atall it want the password a nothing now dell what are you playing at. some 1 please help e mail me please if you no it .i will not pass it on.

If you are refering to the BIOS password, there are two things you can do, (1) take the cover of the computer off and remove the CMOS Battery for 15 minutes (2) get a small password retrieval program (this is not illegal if it is your own computer.)
