so i open up my computer. in there there are my drives and then the regular folders but then BAM, there is a folder with no name of the type system folder that you can't open up (nothing happens. what is this and how do i get ridf of it

it just says, cut, create shortcut, and delete. except, you can't delete it.

Have you tried just dragging it into the recycle bin?
If you can don't empty it just yet.

Before you do anything else, run Ad-Aware and do a full system virus scan. Once these two possibilities are ruled out you can look into other solutions.
