Analog Video Capture

Here's the problem. I have an ATI All In Wonder Radeon. Before a recent format of my hard drive I had no problem capturing video AND audio into either Ulead Videostudio, MGI Videowave, or Adobe Premiere using the AllinWonder's composite or S-video connections. Now with everything reinstalled on my system, the video is captured fine into any of these, but it won't even play my audio, much less capture it. It will play and capture just fine in the ATI software, but that's useless to me. I need it in a video editor. I have tried reinstalling the software, but there is no change. I have jacked with volume control and audio recording settings as well. Since ATI won't get back with me does anyone have any suggestions? Anyone know why this is happening?
