Help! I use an Olympic DSS Player Pro Transcription Module. I can't use it more than about 5 minutes without the dreaded message: An 0E exception has occurred at 0167:BFF9DBA7. Can anyone help?

No idea. Could be a registry issue I suppose. "Shut down" to MS-DOS and type scanreg /fix (hit Return key).

This will rebuild your current registry (harmless) and often fixes general problems if they are registry based. Type exit (hit Return) to restart Windows.
