It's easy install your first network card, install TCP/IP for it, set the IP number eg. 10.10.0.254 restart your computer, now install your second network card, install again TCP/IP for it, set the IP number to eg.192.168.0.1, install MS internet connection sharing (add/remove Software Internet tools) tell the setup wich network card you use to connect to your ISP, the setup will create a Internet sharing floppy) wich you use to setup your other computers. Go to the next machine and and set the IP of the network card to eg. 192.168.0.2 and so on for every machine you want to connect to the internet.
