add fonts to Adobe Acrobat 4 for PDFs??

Does any body know how to add fonts to Adobe Acrobat for creating PDFs? I can already make the PDF, but i'm creating a certificate and i'm leaving a few areas "open" for people to fill in names, dates, etc. The only fonts i seem to be able to use are the ones that come with the full version of Adobe Acrobat 4.0. (times, helvetica, courier, etc.)
