Hello:
I am having an issue with Windows 98SE Update page. I cannot download any updates because of the error message that prompts the following message:
Microsoft Windows Explorer: Your current security settings prohibit runningg ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly.
How do I correct this issue in my settings in order to download necessary updates? Your help is desperately needed to solve this problem

The pre-2006 updates vanished from MS website for quite a while, so I assumed they had pulled them. From what you say I guess it was just a glitch - thx for info.
