I've just installed Acrobat Reader 5.0in a PC running Win95, when i try to open the Acrobat Reader, the screen displayed following message:

"ACRORO32 caused an invalid page fault in module DOCBOX.API at 0137:37030597."

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Check for more than one version of Acrobat Reader in add/remove programs. Then uninstall all versions, reboot, and reinstall 5.0.

I've done that but still get the same error message. And there are no other version of Acrobat Reader in ad/remove programs.

Will re-installing windows help?
