do u have acrobaat instald on your computer if no go here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html free download for browsing pdf files also has a usful ie plugin anyway if you have that just use it as any word processing program like word got to file and print or just click onthe "printer icon"

Might want to try a new keyboard mati. That one can't spell and it seems to be missing some punctuation keys.
