Could someone please suggest a good graphic card for me?

I have: PIII/256; the mainboard still has free PCI slots and a AGP4X Pro slot (now I'm using onboard VGA).

I don't play games, but have a TV card and often watch TV on the computer. The new graphic card must have TV-out. I also thinking of buying a DVD-ROM (so I'll watch DVD movies with this machine).

seems that something like nVdia TNT2 M64 does not sastisfy me (I tried it).

Thanks for and advice.
